Hima is a licensed physical therapist with over eight years of clinical experience. She holds a Masters Degree of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago, and an Executive MBA in Healthcare Management from Ottawa University, Arizona. This combination of clinical expertise and healthcare leadership enables her to deliver patient-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice and strategic healthcare delivery.
Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal conditions, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, and neurological disorders. Hima has a particular focus on working with athletes, supporting their recovery and helping them return to sport safely and efficiently.
Hima is passionate about using manual therapy techniques to help patients alleviate pain and improve mobility. Hima is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific goals and functional needs, ensuring high-quality care that is both effective and empowering.
As a Certified Clinical Instructor, she is passionate about mentoring students and contributing to the development of future physical therapists. She regularly pursues continuing education to stay updated on the latest advancements in rehabilitation science and to continuously refine her clinical skills.
Outside of her professional role, Hima enjoys cooking, reading, game nights, hiking, and spending time with family/ friends.
