Your visit to Pro-Active Physical Therapy is designed to be simple — and that includes billing.
What is the Process?

- We verify your coverage and benefits for physical therapy: This response is not a guarantee of payment; final payment is subject to group benefits limits and member eligibility.
- We will collect your credit card details on your first visit, But do not worry, we will not bill you until your claim with your insurance company is processed.
- We will be submitting a claim to your insurance company. Our trained staff will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Often times it can take around 30-45 days for insurance companies to process a claim.
- Once the claim has been processed, we review it and bill the remaining amount on your credit card.
