Proactive Physical Therapy Inc.is a PT owned orthopaedic rehab practice steadily growing for 15 years in a beautiful Silicon Valley location. We strive for excellent quality and compassionate patient care. We promote wellness and patient education. We are currently growing our skilled team. We are looking for a full time and or part-time physical therapist from an accredited physical therapy program. We would prefer someone with a strong manual or Pilates background but we are willing to mentor to develop the necessary skills. Our unique and diverse practice provides the following:
1:1 patient care with 30-minute treatment sessions in private rooms or in gym settings.

The Physical Therapist is a member of the SV Proactive team which provides Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation care to the clients as requested by the client and, when required, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies of the Agency.
- Possesses a degree from a Baccalaureate in Physical Therapy Assistant (From an accredited organization).
- Is a license holder to practice as physical therapist assistant within the State of California.
- Has at least two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist assistant.
- Good communication skill is a plus.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practices.
- Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
