Anupama brings over five years of diverse international experience to the team, spanning neurological, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal physical therapy. Anupama specializes in MSK conditions and is fully certified in Mulligan’s Manual Therapy. Her patient-centered care is deeply rooted in an evidence-based, holistic approach that blends targeted manual techniques with personalized breath control strategies. Passionate about empowering her patients and enhancing their overall quality of life, she loves exploring creative outlets outside the clinic. In her free time, Anupama is an avid traveler, enjoys hiking, painting and experimenting with new recipes.
Education
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in India before moving to the UK, where she completed her Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and practiced as a First Contact Practitioner, sharpening her advanced assessment and diagnostic skills.
She is granted PTLA status by the PTBC.
